BIKEfun Color suspension combines spring and PU.

Normally, suspension use PU as spring or to make it harder, but BIKEfun Color suspension use PU as damper in the suspension. BIKEfun spent a lot of time testing the softness of the suspension with many Brompton owners. Finally, this tiny part came out.

A. Spring: Choosing the Japanese spring with long stroke / softer.

Why not the hard one?

Because harder spring are thicker, and with short squeeze range, this would cause damage to the lower frame of the bike in long run. And this is absolutely not the result we want.

B. PU: BIKEfun chose the PU to absorb impact.

It is harder than brompton firm suspension on flat roads.However, in poor road conditions you can feel much comfortable than brompton firm suspension.
